How long does it take for the NHS to shortlist applications?

I applied for some HCA positions within Addenbrookes Hospital and i have been waiting ages for any reply and i am slightly worried, because i have all the qualifications needed for the position and more besides is it possible to be over qualified??

1. normally 2 weeks and can never be over qualified as this is where most people start on the ladder
