Can I get into the University of Chicago?!?

I have just finished my junior year of high school and have a GPA of around 4.2. I'm am around the top 7% percent of my high school class. My ACT score is a 28 and my SAT is a 1850 (weak writing section). I recently have had a peer reviewed scientific paper accepted into a scientific journal in which I am a co-author. I am in varsity track/cross country and play bass in the orchestra where I made the region orchestra. I also am in National Honor Society and am volunteering at a local hospital once a week this summer. What chance do I have of getting into the University of Chicago?
