How hard is it to get hired at these hospitals?

I want to work at Cleveland Clinic or one of the Mayo Clinics. I have a Master's in Nurse Anesthesia from Murray State University and five years experience working at St. Claire Regional Medical Center. What else do I need to do to be a top candidate for a job at one of these hospitals?

1. Great references from senior admin would separate you.
2. The first thing to figure out is if they actually use CRNAs. I know that none of the hospitals around here really do. If they do hire CRNAs, then great education, great job experience, and references from important people will help you get a job that you apply for.
