What can be said about the residents of Florida who elected a known Medicare Thief as their Governor?

Gov. Rick Scott, former CEO of HCA Hospitals before they were busted for Fraud, raised his salary to $1,000,00.00 per month after helping kill Clinton's health care reform. He told his Hospital Administrators to turn a 20% net profit or hit the road in oder to pay him this princely sum of money. So they did and did it by Medicare Fraud. Now Florida elects this Known Thief to represent them. What is wrong with them? They all knew this when they elected him.

2. He was never investigated or indicted on any counts. You might as well find Obama guilty of gun smuggling in the ATF's gun runner scandal. It makes more sense.
