Do i have the enough for Bankruptcy?

My name is Jacob Parker. I have unfortunately got myself into a lot of debt. i am 19 years old, and didn't understand the meaning of what is right and wrong. i have several mental disorders in compliance with my mindset. My Debt: *Car Mart of Winchester, Kentucky- $9,600.00 *Sprint (phone company) Heath, Ohio-$1,074.35 *Licking Memorial Hospital of Newark, Ohio- $980.00 *Halifax Health Hospital of Daytona Beach, Florida-$1,072.00 *Wal-Mart of Alpena, Michigan- $277.00 *Legal Fees Owed To State Of Michigan- $648.00 *Speeding Ticket Owed To Granville, Ohio- $100.00 *Kwik Cash Loans of Winchester, Kentucky- $400.00 I Am Looking For Work. I Have Been Seeing My Therapist Quite Often. And I Need To Get My Life Together, And Even My Therapist Insists That If I Go To Jail It Will Ruin The Progress We Are Making. What Should I Do? I Am Looking For A Job Like Crazy And Have A Couple Of Interviews Set Up. I Have 4 Accounts in Collections, That Is Sprint, Licking Memorial, Wal Mart, And Another Medical. Do I Have The Rights To File For Bankruptcy Or What Should I Do? 1. If you r unable to make payments and don't think ya can in the near future bankrupt everything. Buy the way you cannot bankrupt fines imposed buy a cop or court but all else you can.
