Medical Malpractice

For the UK. Where can details of medical malpractice/clinical malpractice records be found online or Hardcopy?

I just needed to know if a doctor's handy work could be tracked online or with pubic access records pertaining to conduct or clinical and medical negligence or malpractice. I have contacted BMA, GMC, and the NHS. So where are they, and how to get hold of them?

1. Have you tried the Healthcare commission - it's the health watchdog in England.
2. It depends on what you are searching. If it is malpractice (of which negligence is a possibility), is a legal issue (an offence, a crime), and none of these bodies will have information, only the Court of Justice.
