Transporting a baby to either Cleveland Clinic or Columbia Univ. thats on a vent?

This child would need a transport from Childrens hospital in Pa to either Columbia university or Cleveland clinic where they specialize in Metabolic/Mitochondrial disorders Insurance does not cover the cost of transporting a child especially one that is on a ventilator. The services that usually transport children across the country do not transport children with a vent...Does anyone know of a service that will? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...Thank you. This is for a very good friend of mine whoes daughter is basically dying right in front of her eyes;..

1. You might want to check out Mobility Air Transportation. Mobility Air Transport flies business and leisure passengers with wheelchairs or special needs. (and their friends and family) They specialize in flying those with powered wheelchairs (with or without vents) that are not conducive for most airliners or commuter planes. I hope they can help.
