Clinton Gave $0 More To VA Hospitals Over 7 years!!! WHY??

Just as WWII veterans were headed into old age, Clinton's budget held the VA hospitals to ZERO DOLLARS in increases over 7 years. WHY???? Clinton allowed NOT ONE DOLLAR for inflation --- especially when healthcare costs were soaring.

1. He trusted the Congress to approve add or subtract from the budget just as any other president including the present. Unfortunately while you mention Clinton you will find that very little if anything was given by several administrations before him too.

5. I was wondering how long it would take conservatives to start blaming Clinton for this latest Bush scandal. After all, it couldn't possibly be that the Commander in Chief of the military is responsible for anything.
6. Because he escaped to Oxford University to avoid serving in Vietnam. He just up and left the U.S.! He did not serve in any branch of our Military. He had no loyalty to our Servicemen, their service to our Country meant nothing to him. He had "better" things to do than to be in the Military. And Ironically he became "Commander In Chief".
