Are VA hospitals better in Chicago or in Houston TX? someone who has been in a Coma ....?

someone who has been in a Coma and needs to retrain again. Has speech problems due to a brain injury. does anyone know where it's better?

2. I used to live in Houston and I can tell you this the entire city is dirty and smells horrible. Hospital or no Hospital I would do what ever I could to stay away from this smoggy hell hole
3. I'd say Chicago. The country's top speech pathology school is at Northwestern University, and the #1 rehabilitation hospital is Rush. You're more likely to get a top-flight therapist in Chicago because of the best training in the area. Many speech pathologists at the VA hospitals in the area are likely to have been trained at at least one of the two institutions named.
4. GO TO CHIAGO! The hospital in Chicago is tied to one of the best Medical Schools in the county.
