Can anyone tell me which hospitals offer totally free maternity services (delivery etc) in Chicago?

1. I do not think any hospital in America does! Contact your state though, they will be able to tell you!
2. It's my understanding that county hospitals accept everyone regardless of ability to pay. BUT, that doesn't mean you get off scott-free. They will still pursue you with the collections goons!
