Having trouble with a medical, law, school question?

Give an example of how a conversation between the person answering the phone at a doctor’s office and the patient who called could create a contract, demonstrating your knowledge of contract law and agency law.? This book that i have is about 500 pages long, and i have read all the pages, and do not know how to answer this. Plus, having a learning disability doesnt help either.

1. I wouldn't worry, every time I phone my doctor I talk to someone with grave learning disabilities so you'll be just fine. The doctor's likely to be on Vacation anyway and if you have read all the pages then you have done your bit, never mind what's in them.
