3. the hospital in ER is supposed to be a county hospital, that is the only thing it has in common with Stroger Hospital Stroger Hospital is the filthiest most disgusting pit anywhere, the subway is cleaner, don't believe me, just use the restroom there, in fact inside that hospital was the scariest place I've ever been, a co-worker of mine got hurt and taken there, I was amazed at the horrors I saw there, but I guess if you get shot or stabbed, rumor is the best doctors for that sort of thing are found there
