Medical Malpractice

Does anyone know a medical doctor that helps veterans in Hampton Roads/Tidewater or Eastern North Carolina?

The Veterans Hospitals do not help veterans. I need a regular medical/general practice doctor who will exam my Aunt and write/fill out the necessary documents after all xrays and exams are completed showing/proving 100% disability.
