What kind of jobs can you get at a hospital with a BS-finance degree?

I am about to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. I was interested in working at the administration department at a hospital.

1. I would also look into financial counceling with in the insurance verifications dept. Many hospitals need qualified personel to speak to patients about co-pays, applying for aid and such. Once your in a hospital setting all you can do is move up. Good Luck
