As an individual employee, how can one contribute to this goal: "A top priority of the University of Chicago Hospitals is to provide flexible and sensitive patient care."

1. Cheating for a test or something? Well, in my opinion that means being willing to pay attention to the specific needs of each and every patient you care for, and once you take note of their needs, take the correct course of action to accomodate them to make their stay as comfortable and pleasent as possible.
2. try being more kind to ur patients. They will come back to u when they now u can treat them well, they'll give compliments to thier friends and then u'll get more patients.
3. Every person you interract with is the only person in the world for that moment. Don't be in a rush to get on to the next thing. The present moment is the only thing that matters.
