  1. No....... and neither does the government. A proposal has been presented by a former employee of the law school admissions council/services (LSAS/LSAC) organization which should now end the contraversy on law school admissions. The proposal was assigned case no# DJ 169-73-0 by the Department of Justice (respectively) on April 5th 2005. The State of Texas identified a consequence to the state should the proposal NOT be implemented. With the 'Hundreds' of Proposal presented to the various state reps and DOJ, only one illustrated a complete process that ensured no human bias yet provided all cultures through the 'Eyes of Race' access and affordability to the legal profession. In-Short, any candidate now denied admissions into law school now has the tools to challenge their denial. The Old Folks knew of a way !!! When built, we can apply the various components to Medical school and should we choose to finance the infrastructure, we can resolve the undergraduate issues on admissions by which our high school seniors seek out for degrees . Although I do not believe that the undergraduate process is necessary only because of the enormous cost, however for law and medical school it is certainly a must. ..........John........Author of the proposal You may want to seek out the article on the Wesleyan Argus Student Paper (Wesleyan Univ) Middletown, CT dated/published Feb 10th 2006 'I Accept Noguera's Challenge' They sought out answers on admissions, and now they have one !!!
