Low cost hospital exam in NYC?

I had uncured gastritis for a long.I didn't give much trouble before.But now it started giving me aching pain in a morning,i wouldn't say unbearable but intense enough to wake me up. Unfortunately,I don't have much funds to go to a regular hospital beacuse I'm a foreign student.And if you know where i can check my condition in New York please tell me! Thanks in advance!!!

1. Check with the NYC Dept of Health to see if they offer free clinic services. If not, ask them for information on the Medical School closest to you that might be able to help you evaluate this situation further.
