I was asked to write a synopsis for a college class that I am, medical law and eithcs..................?

WHAT IS A SYNOPSIS?????????? Maybe I shouldnt be in this class.........................LOL But someone please help.....thanks

1. Usually they are asking for a brief overview or summary of the subject. For example, if I was writing a synopsis on why assisted suicide is unethical I would briefly discuss the important U.S. Supreme Court cases and the underlying reasons for the decision. I would also discuss the policy concerns (morality, ethical problems, spirituality, etc) for the stance.
