Ontario Labour Law - Medical Leave?

I have to get my wisdom teeth removed under general anasthetic. It will require minimum of two weekdays recovery time, possibly three. I am a permanent, fulltime employee for a private business in Ontario. I was planning on using sick, vacation, and overtime hours for the time I need to take off, but it occured to me that it might be covered by some sort of medical leave. Please advise, thanks!

1. As far as I know, 2 - 3 days wouldn't be valid for coverage under unemployment insurance. You need a minimum of I believe 2 - 4 weeks before you can apply for medical leave. Use your sick days if you're only off for a couple days.
