1. The hospital closed several years ago. I've never heard of Peggs, but you might be able to get some info on him from the Staten Island Museum of Arts & Sciences, located on Stuyvesant Place, or the main library on Staten Island, located on Central Avenue.

3. Tham is mistaken. Richmond Memorial Hospital on Seguine Avenue in Prince's Bay is still open; it's just been renamed University Hospital South.
