i was wondering if i could sue this hospital in my stae of ohio .for leaving a tumor inmy left breast.?

the tumor was in me for 3 years(2001-2004).no one never told me it was in my medical chart a resident doctor did.it's been 3 years and no attorney will take this case.i am scarred .i am a 33 year old female who also had a baby in nov.2003.the health hasn't been the same since this tumor.the resident doctor said i had an infection or cancer.

possible, neglegance on the resident's part. If he or she noted the infomation in the chart and never informed you then I would sue the hell out of him or the doctor overseeing his or her residency. Not so much the actual hospital.
i don't know but you should be able to sue the doctor.somebody should have to answer to it
yes!! HUNT DOWN AN ATTORNEY RELENTLESSLY!! this is awful, go to the hospital and get your charts and information FIRST so they cannot be destroyed. get someone doctor on tape saying it was mised and its in ur chart from before
