More hospitals like Martin Luther Jr. Hospital?

We all know that there are soo many more hospitals like this one, with really poor conditions. Media is focusing on this hospital because a death could have been prevented. I mean, a person had to die to the media's attention? It's a shame, and moreover, it's a shame that it was a hospital by the name of a justice leader. Los Angeles public hospitals have poor conditions/quality (most of them), and I suggest that we have a huge check-up on all hospitals. Who's to say that there can't be another hospital with another Rodriguez lying on the floor with no one to help her, and having the custodian SWEEP AROUND HER (man, that pissed me off the most)? What do you guys think?

1. I think it's time for the Department of Health and Human Services to do a massive review of all the hospitals. This truly was a horrible incident, and there is no doubt that more hospitals function in the same way this one did.
2. yes there are more. there is one up the road from me,people die,but the hospital says they don't know why. the patients are healthy,if you overlook the dead part
